Receive $500-$2,000 for every successful referral, based on the value of the house. There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can submit!

Referral Program Conditions:

Referrals must be submitted through the provided form. LandPoint-USA must be able to reference your introduction when contacting the referred homeowner. Anonymous referrals do not qualify.

Referred property owners must not already be part of LandPoint-USA’s existing network. Only new introductions are eligible.

To qualify for the reward, the referred property must result in a successful transaction within one year of the initial referral.

This referral program applies to all introductions made on or after November 1, 2024. Any referrals made prior to this date are not eligible for the incentive.
