Job Description

We are looking for a team of virtual assistants to help with lead nurturing and appointment setting.

Please verify that you possess the required skills:

Excellent English skills are a MUST (both written and spoken)

Knowledge of lead generation techniques

Availability during U.S. work hours

Bilingual in Spanish and English (optional)

Please check that you have the following requirements for this job:

A good noise-canceling headset

Laptop or computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac)

Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum speed of 7.5 Mbps)

Mobile hotspot as a backup in case the main connection fails

Please validate that you are adept at performing these job tasks:

Cold Calling Real Estate Lists: Engage potential leads to generate interest.

Lead Qualification: Assess leads for potential conversion.

Reaching Out to Leads: Use calls, texts, and emails to initiate contact.

Nurturing Leads: Follow up consistently to build relationships.

Replying to and Following Up on Leads: Ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Scheduling Appointments: Organize meetings with qualified leads.

Communicating Daily KPI Progress: Report on key performance indicators.

Data Management in CRM: Update and maintain lead information.

Lead Tracking: Monitor the status of leads in the sales funnel.

Goal Setting & Performance Metrics: Establish outreach and conversion targets.
